Who is Cru?

We’re a food & drink PR agency and what you might call “boutique” — we’re senior and experienced, but we like to keep things small and we love to collaborate.

Cru is a handful of talented people and we’re not planning on changing that, so you’ll always know who you’re dealing with, and we’ll always remember what works for you and what doesn’t.

We specialise in media relations, local and digital marketing, social media, copywriting and crisis communications for hospitality brands. We love this industry – London’s dynamic dining scene is our office as well as our playground and you’ll always find us out and about getting immersed in and inspired by all that this vibrant city has to offer.

Cru was born in early 2020. After working together for seven years, Colleen and Emma set out to create a new agency model. One with a tight-knit team of highly experienced and engaged PRs who know the industry inside out. One that moves with the times and has the insight and knowledge for what’s trending. One where the team feels engaged, motivated and supported to deliver for the agency and its clients.

Aside from our core team, we work with the best freelancers in the industry, from copywriters to SEO experts, photographers, web developers and more. Your fee won’t be paying for a swanky office in Mayfair, it’s for our time, expertise and experience.
